A Meteoric Rise Through The Academy

He signed for Madrid from CD Leganes in 2023, having previously been with Atletico and Getafe's academies, and initially featuring for the under-19 side, where he quickly made a strong impression.
He worked his way up to the B team and it was during a pre-season game in which they faced the senior squad, then managed by the former defender, where the teenager is said to have caught the attention of the present manager, who replaced Xabi Alonso in January.
Reports would later describe the moment as "love at first sight," noting Pitarch excelled not only for his skill on the ball, but for the vitality, character and drive he added to the team.
'His Best Attribute Is His Character'
In the pre-season of 2025, former boss Alonso called up the youngster to practice with the first team and awarded him playing time during the warm-up matches.

Pitarch has taken it with displays that have belied his age and inexperience.
"He is a very quick footballer, and you can observe what he's capable of," remarked Arbeloa. "He's incredibly energetic, with great endurance, work-rate and movement."
Pitarch's mentality has also stood out to his manager.
"His standout trait is his character," added Arbeloa. "He constantly demands the possession, and when pressed, he doesn't feel it.
"I understand people are surprised to see him start in a European fixture, but he is selected because I had complete trust in him to do his normal game.
"Thiago will continue to get chances with the main squad. It's a pleasure to have a talent like him."
